2013 F150 STX/ 5.0L issue

So I’m having an issue with vibration through my entire truck randomly at random speeds. I bought this from a local dealer had 173k on the odo. I’ve already replaced tires because the dealer had a set of 245/60/18 on it vs what ford calls for 275/65/18’s. Thought unbalanced wheel could’ve been the culprit and I needed to replace anyways. Doesn’t seem to be the case. It doesn’t always have that vibration just does it at random. I’m leaning towards sticking caliper next? Potentially collapsed brake hose? Not sure what I should be looking for next just needing some advice on where I should start and if this year f150 has known issues that could cause this problem.
