had a vivid dream last night

so i’ve been seeing this guy, though we’re not official yet, we’ve been casual and all that. so i’ve been seeing other people and he has been too (for sure). though i never really clarified that with him, we just went with the flow. last night, i had a dream about him with a different girl. then i woke up checked my phone it was 2 am. fell asleep again. then i woke up again to realize i had this exact same dream when i was with my ex, no proof of him cheating, it just manifested in my dreams, and i eventually found out that he actually cheated.

one thing, i’m not sure if this is fear taking over but i’m 100% sure i’m not fully healed yet even though it’s been a year or am i just afraid of my own ghost since we’re “just casual”? LOL anyway, i’m sure this is my intuition speaking. have you guys had the same encounter?
