Why dont women get their periods all at once/why arent they able to control it?

Surely, it's more of a health risk that we get it constantly throughout a week, especially without period products.

We can control piss and poop. Imagine how unsanitary and annoying it would be to have no control over them, and they just happened randomly whenever.

Like why havnt periods evolved the same as piss and poop.
