Help please

I’m really scared I might have alcoholic hepatitis. I’ve read that 15.5 cm is the upper limit for hepatomegaly—or that it’s already a high number. The person who performed the ultrasound didn’t say anything, but I’m terrified; a year ago, it measured 12 cm. 😔

The liver measures 15.5 cm and demonstrates normal echogenicity and echotexture without evidence of focal hepatic mass or diffuse parenchymal abnormality. The hepatic vasculature is unremarkable.
