I am confused about the back rooms copy version of Clark’s wife in the Christmas room

From my understanding she’s the only other entity in the backrooms movie that actually moves around at all, and when she does it’s to chase a person or hide in a corner. I get it’s to imply the original actual wife was possibly fearful of Clark, but why does she become hostile in that red Christmas tree room?
