Where to find X Files Stickers?

Can someone advise where they found their sticker sheet for the x files (21369)

Online says inside the instructions book, in the envelop, box. I can’t seem to find it in those places but I did throw away the envelope.

Trying to determine if missing or if I’m teaching myself a tough lesson.

Thank you!
