network freezes, comes back alive as soon as i open the starlink app

this doesn't happen too often to disturb me too much, but enough to have noticed it and to have figured out way to fix it. usually it happens when watching videos, or to load comments. videos keep loading at the same place, comments not loading, but as soon as i open the starlink app and switch back to the problematic one, the problem is solved. this doesn't seem too normal, is there a way or setting i'm missing to avoid this? i'm in eastern europe if it makes any difference
