Impulse bought a M4 Pro 16" for £1800. Why am I like this?

30-day returns with Backmarket + £49 for a battery replacement claim in two years.

Only bought it so I can work remotely from a cafe lol.

Was it a good price? It's in "excellent" condition. Anything to buy so I can protect this thing from falls etc?
