Cat with dead eye

I encountered a cat (aprox 2 months old, orange) yesterday and I had to bring her home, since I couldn’t catch her little brother. She has this dead eye and his brother seemed to have the same thing, but his eye wasn’t black, only swollen and with a lot of eye boggers.

I took her to the vet and he gave me some eye drops with ofloxacin (0,6%) and chondroitin sulfate sodium (20%) 1 drop on her eye every 12 hours.

I’m doing the medication and her vitamin as instructed. But I wonder if this will suffice or I need to take her to another doctor
