Is Metro State University a good choice for a Supply Chain degree?
I’m 20 and honestly feel a little behind when it comes to college/career stuff. I’ve been looking into getting a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
I originally looked at the University of Minnesota, but after looking into the program, it seems like there are quite a few prerequisites and courses I’d have to complete before I could really get into the major. Metro State seems like a more straightforward option for me, and from what I’ve seen, it seems like a pretty good school for business.
For anyone who has attended or graduated from Metro State, especially in Supply Chain, what was your experience like?
My biggest question is whether the degree is actually worth it and whether I’ll be able to land a good job after graduating. Does the school’s name make much of a difference when applying for supply chain jobs, or is experience/internships more important?
I’d also appreciate hearing what kind of jobs and salaries people were able to get after graduating from Metro State.
I’m just trying to make sure I’m making a good decision and not wasting time or money. Any honest opinions would be appreciated.
