Looking for LGBT+ focused Primary Care in SE Denver

Me and my partner are moving to Denver in September and after just having my last visit with my current PCP, I just realized I'm gonna have to go through the grueling task of having to try to find a new provider, so I thought this might be a good place to start making a list for me to check out.

Ideally, I'm looking for a provider that often deals with queer men, sex-positive and generally good vibes. Being a fellow member of the Alphabet Mafia is great, but not necessary. I just dont need a provider that is a judgy dick. Dealt with that enough here in Texas.

The closest major intersection to our place is Parker and Havana, but I'm willing to drive up to 20-30 minutes to a place if needed.
