Can Creators hide their paige?

I'm a new user (not creator) to subscribestar I am looking for this creator named Milda sento However looking them up on the site yields no results??? Their link brings me to a .art nothing there but if I change the .art to .adult I find them? Can users or the site themself Hide their page just wondering because I feel a little Suspicious about it.
