Which second car

Family of 6: 2 adults and 4 kids (5,9,12,13). Our first car is the 2026 Honda Pilot Black Edition. This is my wife’s car and mostly used to drive kids to activities and groceries. I am looking for a second car for me and can’t decide which one. I see cars as depreciating assets and never really bought an expensive luxury vehicle. I have a Mitsubishi Pajero and a Kia Carnjval before. This time I am hesitating between Lexus, Mercedes, mini countryman, Volkswagen Golf GTI. Some of these models would not fit the 6 of us, which is sometimes a concern (in case the Honda is being serviced for example). Others would fit for us 6 but would be qualified as luxury. Anyone who went through this reflection and can share feedback, advice, framework to decide? Also which car you recommend. Thanks
