Weaning baby from EBF to formula

Hi, I’m feeling so stressed out because I’m trying to wean my 7 month old from breastfeeding to bottle. He just started taking the NUK bottle thankfully but will only drink sometimes. He’s currently teething so he wants to nurse a couple times through the night and I nurse him to sleep most nights as well. I go back to work in January but I feel like I need to get a head of this before then and also for my mental health. I just want my body back now 😔
Any tips or just words of encouragement appreciated.
