Slow ToA times?

I saw a thread yesterday about ToA being an hour and pretty much everyone in the thread agreed it shouldnt take that long (closer to 30 mins), but looking at my low level raids, it consistently takes my duo and me about an hour. Wondering where we can shave time. Were in 200 ToA, both with elite void, black keris, blowpipes, rcbs, trident. We do soft core, on diet, deadly prayers, all zebak invos except upset stomach, all deprived except medic, no Akkha invos, all Ba-Ba except mind the gap, all wardens except insanity. I know we bleed time between rooms (both have families) but is 40-45 mins way off the mark?
