I want to interview a singer/songwriter in Toronto or the greater GTA area for a school project

I want to interview a singer/songwriter who lives in Toronto or the greater GTA area for a school project, either in person or over zoom, I will need to record it for my school project. The project involves a reality TV show about having to write a song about a certain subject and the contestants/players have a limited amount of time to write it, this is part of my film production course.
