[Firefox & Chromium] Scheduled posts button doesn't do anything.

Clicking on the Scheduled Posts button on Firefox & Chromium, even with addons disabled currently doesn't do anything. The button doesn't show the popup. Yes I am a moderator for the community I'm attempting to schedule a post for.
