Why?

Genuinely why do Special education teachers really seem to hate Gen Ed 1:1’s? I have hardly interacted with him but I was asked to go assist/cover when my male student wasn’t there yesterday and I literally was in the class for maybe 45 minutes covering the gym class while the teachers take their planning period, and the teacher instructed me to go do literally anything else. I have always thought the teacher didn’t like me but everyone said that it was just his personality and he’s like that with everyone. But he literally went to the principal and told him to remove me without even talking to me. When I say I have very little interactions with him this is why I could always tell that he didn’t like me. I’m not sure what to do I just feel insulted and hurt because I didn’t even get a chance to prove myself or anything. This school year has been terrible for me and my coworkers believe that the admin themselves are punishing me for something but I have no idea what 🤷🏼‍♀️.
