Help with pronunciation!

We are due in February with our rainbow baby boy! My husband and I love the name Averitt. We would pronounce it like Everett with an A: Av-rett. When you first read it how we spell it, would you pronounce it that way? We don’t want it to be mispronounced as AVE-rett (like the beginning of Avery). Help!!!
