ChowBricks/GoBricks Rivendell extension

I have the lego Rivendell set, but want the sidebuilding extension and the mountain base, to make one big display. I've been looking around on AE, but i can't find anything there without paying for bricks i dont need.
It looks like Chowbricks has two GoBricks set Rivendell extension and Mountain base, which totals ~10.700 bricks for ~$500. Will this be the right purchase to create the full Fanpeixi MOC(together with my existing Rivendell set)?

Also, anyone has experience with ChowBricks to EU after the july 1st 3€ free?

Hows the quality of GoBricks? i have a couple of sets (titanic and razor crest) of AE and their quality is atrocious. Way too hard clutch, "squeaky" bricks, impossible to take apart. On the other hand, my cars from Powerbuilds are almost indistinguishable from the real thing.
