Can people with C-PTSD consider themselves systems?

I dont have any diagnosed disassosiative disorders, though i do experience disassociation a lot and also have somewhat split personality. i dont want to offend anyone who actually has DID or OSDD so i dont want to claim that im a system unless you can actually be a ptsd system?? i dont know sorry
