When does Crossroads of Fate: Twins Arc take place chronologically?

I was randomly looking on the Persona Wiki when I realised that I don't know if the Twins Arc has a specific timeframe it should be, it came out in-between Katayama and Akashi's Palaces being available and I know it at least takes place after Riko's first time having ramen but does anyone have any details that might be able to pin it down further that I might have missed?
