Shortness of breath and techycardia from screen

Does anyone else go through this? Alongside eye irritation? I'm so confused as to why this is suddenly happening. I can't tell if I'm crashing, but it's been like this for months, and I'm kinda terrified as to what is exactly causing this? Is it more a ME/CFS or MCAS thing? I'm also experiencing light sensitivity during this.

This also doesn't feel like normal CVS and eyestrain.
