For Those Affected By The Phoenix DC Outage | 4-6 More Hours
It seems as though this issue has been affecting multiple providers.
I just spoke with Hosting.com support and they told me it will be another 4-6 hours before the systems have cooled enough to get them back online.
For anyone wondering about their 99.99% uptime guarantee, it looks like it provides a 5% discount per hour of downtime beyond the 99.99% with a cap of the total monthly cost of services. In order to claim it, you need to reach out to support.
"A credit in the amount of 5% of service fee is applied to your account for every hour your service is unavailable due to an internal network or equipment failure. Downtime must be confirmed by a staff member of our support team. Maximum service credit given will be for the full amount paid for the month of outage, excluding fees for additional services. Submit a ticket to request a credit."
