Submission Reports

I recently got an email saying my self reported submissions doesn't match with Multimango. Thats funny because I have my own tracker on spreadsheet. Everytime I finish a task, I will mark it on that spreadsheet. But now they said I am over 16 tasks to what Multimango is reporting. But I do still record the rejected tasks because of some corrupted audio. But I have no discrepancies like this on my previous weeks. Now they subtracted 7 hours to my work hours. Is there a way I can dispute this?
