Looking for hair stylist for cut and style + highlights on red hair?

I've had plenty of bad haircuts until I lived in Lake Stevens and found someone who gave me exactly what I wanted, even though I struggled to explain it (it was a shag with bangs). I moved away 4 years ago to SeaTac and have been trimming my hair since with varying success because I'm so skittish, but I also really want to do some kind of dying to it.

I'm a natural ginger and have been told my whole life that no one's wants to touch red hair OR be prepared to pay beaucoop bucks if you want it dyed. I've come across the Fox Tail style with black and blonde on Pinterest and really love it. I also happen to love the cut as well, so I'm hoping to find a stylist that can best replicate it. I'm willing to travel up north as far as Fremont. Please no DMs.
