Have a max amount of Caretakersat a time

I just got fucking destoryed because 1. They had 4 caretakers. 2. They had 2 dashes on the water map. 3. Flashlight just heals them all back up ON TOP OF THE FUCKING HEALS.
There's no counter to this unless you're playing like killdriod or any aoe killers. But Pursuer isn't one of them so this is just pure bull shit. Their needs to be a max for caretakers or atleast less healing per extra caretaker +1 or 2.
