my fear came true YOU LOST MY EMAILs

Well, it happened during your outage, my emails for the day are GONE. I logged in finally and there are no emails after 5am this morning. I lost ALL my emails from today. You said the emails would be there when the system came back, but they are not. Unless you have some backup where it all went, this is a disaster.......
