changing KTR-001 buttons

Hey I dont really like the colors of the buttons on the right and was wondering if there is a replacement? I know the LL(XL) buttons are too big but I really prefer the normal white ones over these colorful ones.....

so has anyone tried this and is it hard to do alone?
