Quick Safety Q: Penofin Rags

Hey all - just finished treating my deck with Penofin Red. I don’t have a metal flammables can so I put the rags in a metal kitchen pot, covered them with water, and put the lid on the pot.

Think this will be ok in terms of avoiding combustion?
