Kicking players after every match when playing from custom search...?

(PS5) After every match I start in a new match and have to wait for the "32 players required" to play another. I thought this was the "most purchased shooter"... If that was actually a fact and not an obvious lie then you'd be able to just hop in and play.. At least that's my opinion.
