Alpha cc not working

Hey! Does anybody know what my settings should be for alpha cc items like hair, and lashes to not glitch? I have managed to fix that problem in the past somehow but I don’t remember what I did. I am playing the sims4 on a windows laptop if that info is needed. I hope somebody can help.
