Books Suggestions
Greetings! I’m new here. Have pretty bad ADHD, with social and health anxiety, and pretty significant problems being late. Going to bed late, waking up, getting to work on time. Gradually later over time. Acceptable time to leave becomes later etc.
A page on Facebook recently asked people the one ADHD trait they would most like to change and mine was being late. A lot of people mentioned RSD, which if I had heard about before, don’t remember, but after doing some basic internet reading, I am pretty sure I have this too. Have horrible self esteem, assume people won’t like me, don’t have a lot of friends, tend to jump to conclusions about people trying to stick it to me that don’t ever materialize. It’s a struggle.
That being said there are things about me that I like that I also think are the result of ADHD witty sense of humor, good at deep diving and problem solving, can hyper-focus on tasks if left alone.
Anyway I am looking for books that may deal with all of this, but interested in reading about anxiety, RSD and ADHD, time management is a plus too.
Thanks in advance.
