1yoe & already burnt out from wearing every hat in the org chart.

I graduated last year.

One year of experience on paper of a small SBC, working with 5 senior developers.

In practice, I'm the BA, functional consultant, and de facto PMO across Salesforce CPQ, Oracle SCM, Oracle HCM and AWS governance (Control Tower), solution design, requirement gathering, UAT, stakeholder coordination, Jira backlog, sprint planning, defect triage. All of it, at once, with a "fresher" tag on my HR record and pay, leading a project with just the developers on my side.

I'm not even mad about the work itself, actually like the problem-solving and the client-facing side of it. What's messing with my head is not knowing how to talk about it. Every job title undersells it, every resume template assumes you did one thing, and don't know if l'm a BA, a functional consultant, a PMO, or all three badly explained as one.

So before I even think about my next move, I am genuinely curious:

- Has anyone here successfully repositioned from a "does everything" services role into something more defined?

- Does this kind of range actually read as valuable to product companies/startups, or does it just look unfocused on paper?

- If you were hiring for a BA/functional consultant role, would "wears multiple hats" excite you or worry you?

Not fishing for a job in this post, mostly trying to figure out how people with a similar "too many hats, low YOE" situation have thought about their next step. Happy to share more specifics in the comments if useful.
