Is CFB27 worth buying now?

Long story short I primarily play offline dynasty. I liked playing with faster or fastest xp gains for my coach in 25 & 26. Is the game worth getting now after the #PlayDontPay fiasco? Was fastest xp added back or just faster? Do the new dynasty features make it worth buying? Is the gameplay fun or frustrating?
