Nobz datasheet thoughts

So I saw the new Nobz datasheet rules today, and I am really on the fence about their new ability. They got 3 wounds now which is nice, but exchanged the -1 to be wounded when led by a warboss with being able to charge through models. I'm not exactly impressed with that ability, unless I'm missing something? I'll get to charge right through screening units in theory, I guess.
