Motocycle advice needed

I want to buy a motorcycle (under 125cc) with a budget of around 3000dt to 3500dt.

I've never tried riding one before and i want to learning process to be as quick as it can be, as i'll be using it to go to uni this year. Therefore I'm considering a semi automatic one like the zimota joy 110. I'll be using it daily to go to uni (bardo-manar) and some other places occasionally.

Does anyone have experience with one? Are there better options within my criteria? Are spare parts available? And any infos i should know about maintenance?
