Help! Does this look suspicious?

I recently had an obvious browser hijacker on my device as it was redirecting me to yahoo. I have successfully stopped it from doing that with malwarebytes but I thought I should check extentions and policies just incase. There were no suspicious extentions but this is written in my policies. Is this normal? Or is this hijacker still around?
