Question about linking separate reservations for family travel

I’m a Delta DM and I’ll be flying to Hawaii for business. My wife and daughter are coming with me, but their tickets were booked separately from mine since my company is paying for my ticket.
They are both SkyMiles members, but neither of them has any Medallion status.
Is there any real benefit to calling Delta and having our reservations linked?
I’m mainly wondering about things like:
Better/preferred seat selection for them
Priority boarding
Checked bags
Complimentary upgrades
Being kept together if there’s a delay or rebooking
I understand linking the reservations doesn’t actually combine the tickets. I’m just trying to figure out if it’s worth calling Delta or if I should just leave everything as-is.
Anyone with recent experience with this?
