Medication question.
29 , 5'10 , 340lbs , female. I currently am prescribed lithium, spiralactone, latuda, buspar, carvedilol, adderall , wellbutrin and medicated creams and shampoos for psoriasis.
My question is ..
I am prescribed lithium from my psychiatrist and my dermatologist prescribed spiralactone.. everything I've read mentions possible interactions and causing lithium toxicity.. also i have to see a nephrologist in November because my EFGR trends down and its low for my age. I dont remember if I told my psychiatrist I was prescribed spiralactone but I wasnt taking it regularly and when I tried i had GI symptoms and I felt like I was using the bathroom too much. I also dont want to efgr to trend further downward if thats possible. Should I wait until I talk to both doctors before trying to resume the spiralactone or is my worries an over reaction?
