AHS is the worst

I have an ongoing hvac situation and cannot get it resolved. countless hours over months and months going through the SAME conversation, each time with a different customer service agent. Usually the front line customer service poeple are actually pretty helpful but the supervisors are useless. I won't go into the whole situation here because it's long, and it's complicated. Suffice to say that AHS has left me with low-quality vendors, one of whom did something additional that needs to be fixed, and that isnt' even the worst of it. (They want to charge me for an additional service call to fix that as well). The main thing is that I just can't get the whole situation - which has about four different issues that need to be addressed- resolved. They don't call back, the supervisors can't do anything, there is no appeal process, rinse, repeat. When you finally do get someone who understands and seems to have it resolved, the work order doesn't get done or something else, and I have to start all over again. They tell you they'll call in 24-48 hours, they don't, then it's the weekend, then it starts over.

I won't go into all of it here except to say that years ago, they replaced my dishwasher and I thought they were the greatest thing ever. But this nightmare? I woudln't wish on my worst enemy. It's 100 degrees in my house and I have to argue with some jerky supervisor that can't get it done and doesn't understand the situation. Well I guess I'll start over from square one again tomorrow.

Just don't do it.
