My facial acne can be controlled with the classic benzoyl peroxide and salaycic acids if needed even use a prescription retinoid. But, my body acne has been out of control since I was 13, started middle back, then spread to shoulders traps and chest, and now on outer and inner thighs. I’m already planning going on accutane and getting the blood work done tomorrow.
The possibility of the facial purge is killing me tho. Everything else I can Manage. But that period of a purge on my face will ultimately have me back in the dark mindset I had when I broke out. Facial acne is persistent but pretty mild. Some closed comedones. A couple whiteheads right now and they go away in a couple days with using benzoyl peroxide wash.

But I am tired of sitting on a chair and having pain across my back.

Is it still worth it?
