My account was hacked and then once I got it back it was banned for Child Safety. Help?

My account was compromised and the hacked nukec everything. I was able to get my account back after 4 days but then on day 5 it was banned for Child Safety.... I put in a request to review via the ban screen... which I wasnt allowed to give context to and of course they stood by the ban... I cant get past the bot in Discord Support to have a human manually review my account as I want them to look at when it happened and have them review I wasnt in control of my account at the time... any advice... So far I have put in only 3 tickets, one to get my account back that was reviewed by a human and 2 about the banning that were auto closed by a bot
