Do you only get VIP for artist/bands you absolutely love?

I’ve only had VIP once for an artist I like, not my favourite artist ever but I enjoy relatively almost every song they produced and they’re a growing artist so VIP is cheaper in comparison.

Now another band is coming for they’re first album 15 year anniversary which I love this album but apart from that don’t know much about the band but VIP isn’t terribly priced.

Has anyone bought VIP just for the vibes before?
