If someone is being sued in court, and new information was leaked by an anonymous complete third party, can that information be used as evidence in court?

I know if information was collected illegally by either party, then they cannot use that information in court. But say a third party, who is not at all affiliated with neither the prosecution nor the defense, were to leak new information, could that be used in court or is that also considered illegally gotten information?
