Unknown trinkets?

I just saw a video on youtube about a guy beating grounded 2 with only a pebblet. Thats cool, however around the 5:12 minute mark, he gets a trinket from a bee called the “Barbed Bee Bit”. There is also another unnamed trinket in his hotbar and it resembles a lingonberry chunk. What are these trinkets? My best guess is that these trinkets are modded.

The youtuber is cheapdoessurvival. Video name is Pebblet vs Grounded 2
