[UPD] How to Change Mat

Hi, I got accepted sa Philo 1 prerog, I am just wondering how I can add this subject into my crs or be enrolled talaga? I tried navigating under CoM ng CRS pero I can't seem to find how to add that specific class I was accepted in. Thanks!
