Why are Arab, South Asian men so obsessed with looksmaxxing?

I know they have internalized self hatred and take it out on their women. in general I get along with aware south asians and some arabs but the men make me pray for you girls. i have been called flat faced monkey for having pacific islander features from these men in specific onlt for them to go book a nose job in turkey to get rid of their hooked noses. what gives ladies? and the majority of young men from these ethnic groups are white fetishizers. it’s very creepy. it’s so bizarre to meet an older arab or south asian man and they will have such good manners and be kind and then their sons are just shitheads?
