Should WuWa add a capturing radiance system like Genshin Impact?

I'm a newbie player that came during the Cyberpunk collab. I scroll sometimes on Reddit and occasionally run into some unlucky players with screenshots of their wish history. I'm scared I'll end up having really bad luck as a F2P player. I want to win as much 50/50s as possible in WuWa because the game, especially the characters are too peak to miss out on.

I will acknowledge that WuWa's weapon banner is a lot better than Genshin's as it is always guaranteed. Though I am the type of player that just doesn't have interest in pulling for weapons in the first place. Perhaps this weapon banner mechanic makes up for the character banner not having something like capturing radiance.
