How are the Microsoft PR peeps feeling just now?

Assuming that Microsoft long term are also heading toward a digital only future for Xbox, I feel so sorry for whoever is in charge at having to deliver that announcement. How do you even word that to the public to essentially say 'Yup, we're doing it too' and is waiting longer before that announcement better or worse? I do not envy those poor people with what's to come.
